BYOC Build Your Own Cookie opened on Chincoteague Island, Virginia for its first Spring/Summer season in 2009, with hopes to share our homemade cookie sundaes with the Eastern Shore. With such great success for the last 10 years, we opened a second location in West Ocean City, Maryland last Spring (2019).

We specialize in cookie sundaes - warm homemade cookies topped with your favorite Hershey's ice cream and toppings. Built for you, designed by you! We also serve ice cream cups & cones, milkshakes, ice cream floats, waffle cone sundaes, edible cookie dough & much more!

We offer outdoor seating at our custom-built construction site tables & picnic tables. Keep your eyes open for our lit up construction cones and stop by after a trip to the beach to enjoy your favorite summertime dessert. We hope to see you soon!
